How does the extensive quoting process work?
We work in a three part in-home quoting system; first being introduction to the home, design specifications and education to maximize budget. We then have a “trades day” meeting to outline each tradesperson’s quotes and requirements. We finally come back to you with all the information organized to go through the quote line by line with you to ensure complete transparency.
Will our renovation end up costing us much more than quoted?
We’ve heard the horror stories of mounting and unexpected costs in renovation projects. Although we cannot know exactly what we are dealing with until the walls come down, we strive to always keep our quoting system crystal-clear and use the most reputable tradespeople in the business. With our combined knowledge of local building practices, years of experience, and our extensive initial quoting system, quotes are generally coming in lower than first expected.
When is the best time in my renovation process to hire you?
